The vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine is a vertical drum structure. It adopts the conveyor belt to feed the bottle, the manipulator clamps the bottle, turns over and rotates continuously, and the bottle washing nozzle performs a complex swing and tracking movement. After the bottle is filled with water, it enters the water tank for ultrasonic washing for 1 minute, and then is transferred by the screw to the lifting dial. After lifting, it is clamped on the large drum manipulator. The manipulator is turned at 180 °C until the bottle mouth is downward, and the water and air are alternately cleaned in turn. After cleaning, the bottle is turned upright by the robot, and the bottle is sent out to the sterilization oven through the bottle output dial.

The vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine adopts AC motor drive, frequency conversion speed regulation and PLC control circuit, and has reliable performance. The water temperature of the water tank is automatically controlled by constant temperature, and a water level control switch is installed to prevent the equipment from starting the water pump, ultrasonic wave and heating element in an anhydrous state. The water and gas pipeline is equipped with a pressure display, and the pressure can be adjusted through a valve. When online, it can receive signals from the filling machine and sterilization oven, and automatically stop when the bottle is squeezed.
